.: Perry Reeves
IETA CEO / President and Founder

Perry Reeves provides more than 35 years of experience in computer and communications, technology for the K-16 education market. He has trained more than 500,000 educators, students and textbook publishers worldwide in the use of multimedia hardware and software using LaserDisc, CD-ROM, Internet and LaserBarcode technologies. He retired from Pioneer Electronics as Director of Higher Education and K-12 Marketing worldwide for 16 years. Mr.Reeves also served as National Sales Manager for Sony Corporation of America, and 3M Company. Perry now serves as International Education Technology Consultant to NetTrekker, Library Video, Schlessinger Media, Safari Video Networks and eZedia He was named the International Multimedia Person of the Year by the IICS International Interactive CommunicationsSociety in 1989. He has served as the Technical Advisor and on the Board of Directors of the National Association for Gifted Children.
.: Ernie de los Santos
IETA General Manager and Senior Vice President

Ernie has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, plus over 15 years of experience in engineering computer software and systems development. Much of that time involved designing new and innovative business models or marketing strategies to accommodate new technology and/or operations. Ernie has been responsible for projects with SONY, Panasonic, Adobe, Coca-Cola, the NFL, the Dallas Cowboys, the MLBA, the Minnesota Twins, Nike, Reebok, and the International Olympic Committee. Recently, Ernie has extended his scope to include projects in international sales, marketing, distribution and strategic planning. He is able to draw on his expertise with audio, video, graphic design and print-based production, as well as his strong track record of sales management, marketing planning, and results-oriented project management. Ernie holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Computer Science from the University of Arizona, Tucson.

IETA Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Asia and the Pacific

Leslee Xu is the founder and president of LitheTech, an IT and software outsourcing company headquartered in Irvine, California with offshore development teams in both Beijing and Dongguan, China. He is a top software development consultant with extensive experience developing enterprise-level software development applications in both the US and China. Before he founded LitheTech, Mr. Xu served as Vice-President of Development and Technology at eAgency System, a leading US software solution provider for the insurance and financial industries. Mr. Xu has successfully led several multi million dollar high technology projects by exercising CMM and other industry standard development models. Mr. Xu is a graduate of Tsinghua University and earned his Master of Science degrees in Software Engineering and Physics from the University of California, Irvine.
.: Dan Lau
IETA Chief Technical Officer

With over 30 years experience in the computer and education industries, Dan is now a technology consultant and founder of DANKA Enterprises, advising school districts and corporations in the acquisition and implementation of technology. Dan also consults for companies marketing technology based products, in the design and implementation of high-tech training and education solutions. Dan is also expert in the development of strategic plans, and the management of all aspects of implementation such as the procurement of hardware and software, working with architects in the planning of new high-tech facilities, and the designing of local and wide area communications networks to integrate the flow of information within and intra facility. He co-founded the SHARE (School and Home Access to Resources for Education) consortium, a collaborative project consisting of four unified school districts, a two campus community college district, public libraries, the Orange County Marine Institute, and the twenty-one campus California State University system as well as a number of business partners formed to connect learners to instructional, and informational resources wherever it may reside. Dan’s clients include; Jostens Learning, Edunetics Inc., Dynacom, The California Educational Technology Planning Commission (State of California), William C. Norris Institute, Arthur Andersen & Co., Saddleback Unified School District, Hueneme School District, GTE, Northern Telecom, Dallas Independent School District, Mount Edegcumbe School (Sitka, Alaska), Beverly Hills School District, San Diego DOE, Capistrano Unified School District, Saddleback College, and Orange County DOE. Dan holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration, and an M.B.A. degree in Marketing from the California State University at Fullerton.
